Bonus Rent Relief Plan - Details
Should a member wish to introduce a new member after they have filled their 5 positions, they have the option of passing the introduction onto one of the 5 members they introduced, so as to help consolidate and fill their plan quickly, or they can subscribe to a second membership, and start a completely new plan.

Membership Status
Those that have accepted the Terms Of Use Agreement and become an Ezyearner Member, and are currently fully paid up financial members.
Status:= ACTIVE
Those that have accepted the Terms of use agreement and become an Ezyearner Member, but have not completed the payment process to become a fully paid up current financial member.
Status:= INACTIVE
Those that have been fully paid up financial members in the past, but have not paid their current monthly subscription.
Status:= EXPIRED
Inactive and Expired members are only able to access a limited number of the site features available to Active members.
Only Active members can introduce new members and/or receive commission payments from the Bonus Rent Relief Plan.
The above rates of commission will only be paid to Active members on their introduced members that are also Active, and continue to remain current.
Each of the positions obtained by members can only earn up to a maximum of 20% of the total commission amounts shown, eg; (1=20%, 2=40%, 3=60%, 4=80%, 5=100%).
Payment Processes
Subscription Payments:
Currently all subscriptions are processed through our payment processor AlertPay, who are a well established and highly respected Canadian based company. Monthly subscriptions may be paid using your Visa credit or debit card, MasterCard credit or debit card, American Express credit card, or your AlertPay e-wallet credit balance. To minimise further transfer fees, all subscription payments are paid into an Admin. AlertPay e-wallet holding account pending the payment of commissions due to members. AlertPay fees for subscription payments are included in the $39.00 suscription payment, and are deducted from the amount paid into the Admin. e-wallet holding account.
Product Payments:
Payment for goods and services that may be available from the Ezyearner Member's Site are also paid for by using your Alertpay account.
Commission Withdrawals:
All Commissions earned through the Member's Bonus Rent Relief Plan will be paid from the plan's AlertPay e-wallet holdings direct into each members own private AlertPay account (AlertPay do not charge fees for this). Members should establish an AlertPay account for this purpose, and configure their Alertpay account details under the withdrawal option in their membership account, so as payments that are due to them, can be trasferred directly from the Admin. holding account.
